Competitive Analysis
This section is often the easiest one to leave short. Too often we hear "I just ignore the competition and build the best product. The customers will tell me how I stand." But it may be too late if and when the message is actually delivered and heard.
A good competitive analysis includes:
Product SWOT's
Product pricing and positioning
Product market shares by segment
Personnel and organizational evaluation
Deduced strategic plan and/or response to an attack
